Song help

I was in Oakland yesterday and I heard this song slumpin out of someones car. Im almost positive the artist was either Sleedy D or D-lo. The beat was slappin and the beat started off with what sounded like bagpipes or an accordian sound. Thats all that I remember. I've been searching thru youtube but cant find the song. Anybody might have any clue on what song it could be?? I know its a very vague description but any help is appreciated.
