usually its around $6.00 for one cd and $2.00 for each additional (airmal).

how much would 10 cds be shipped in one batch?
what company do you use and what's the rate exactly called?

you can calculate all your shipping rates at usps.com just figure around 4-5 ounces per cd and another few ounces for the box. they give you a list of all your shipping options along with the prices.

You can pile 10 cds in a Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and will only cost you $9.50! Or you can send it via Air mail and it will cost you $14-$18
I always get 10-12 Cds packages with a Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (Airmail) and it never takes more then 15-20$ so its a cheap and fast service (never take more then 2 weeks 2 europe incl. duty time).
