Scarface Emeritus clean vs PA version?

I ordered emeritus by scarface some time ago, but when I got the CD the cover art lacked the PA label. when I check different PA version cover art pictures on both ebay and amazon they all have the PA label while the clean version of course has none. However, when I listen to the CD itself it is unedited as far as my ears can judge. I contacted the seller, returned the CD and he assured me that I'd get the correct PA version in return. I got the replacement yesterday and this one lacks the PA label too.
What do y'all versions look like? Are there three versions of the CD, one clean and two PA versions -with and without the PA label?

If i remember right it had a PA sticker on the plastic. Mine doesn't have a PA on the cover but its the explict version
