Real vs Fake, Bootlegging "408"?

Ok, I have a question...does anyone cares when someone comes out with a style, idea, or t-shirt and then someone else tries to copy it?
Does that matter?
Or is it all good, I was just wondering, see I went and saw a thread for DWR store and they got the same stuff that was done over at www.liquidscape.com. It's a rip-off, and I was wondering what you all thought about that?
