Rage Against the Machine set to reunite to play Coachella.

I was just listening to 107.7 the End here in Seattle and they were talking about that Rage Against the Machine is planning on getting back together to play Coachella this year.

I won't be attending because it's in Cali. but I'm crossing my fingers that maybe after playing together at Coachella they will want to do a reunion tour and/or another album.

I don't know about you but I think the music industry could really use some new RATM right about now.:devious:

RATM kept it pretty quite about why the split up but it is more or less known that Zach and Tom weren't getting along well.

Zach needs to get back with them and Chris Cornell needs to get Soundgarden back together and 2007 would be a awesome year. I doubt that will happen but hey you never know.

Yeah im about to buy my ticket for the shit, and i DONT care who else is listed to perform at coachella. Seriously, this is history whether or not they perform again. Its either their returnnig show or their permanent final show. I wonder how much Coachella is paying them to play. (Tool got $70,000 for the 90 minute set, each member receiving about $12,500 in their pocket. Fuck!)

Link's dead now, but it said other comfirmed and rumored bands are Interpol, RHCP, Bjork, Willie Nelson, The Decemberists, The Arcade Fire and a couple more.
Last years lineup looks better so far.

the lineup for coachella this year is one of the best ive seen in a while. bjork, ratm, brother ali, ghostface, pharoah monch, busdriver, black keys, willie nelson, roots, lily allen, ratatat, spank rock, coup, etc.

too bad the price tag is fuckin $250 for 3 days. and $90 for 1 day.

hell yeah this will be a classic event. I live in Northern Cali but we've been talking about going to this...$250 for 3 days really ain't shit to pay to see that many dope artists in 1 spot.

ha ha good answer...yeah its great to see RATM back together again..wish i could go see that..as for ZDLR being on stage i dont know i remember hearing his March of Death song it was ok and of course waited and waited and waited on his album to come out but it never did...oh well..
