Question about .rar files

ok so i downloaded a couple of movies and they came in .rar format but inside are .r00,.r01 etc.... how the hell do i put them together... i googled it but i must be dense cuz i dont get it... anyone want to give me a hand?

select all of the .rar files, right click extract to whatever folder

yeah pretty much outputs the individual files into the complete .avi or whatever format.

ive dled about 77 movies and have come up with this problem but i just delete and then look for an avi one... but i just got tired of dling it all over again

wow.. lol.. i would have asked for help the first time i ran across the problem... but i think i just used common sense the first time it happened to me.

Large files come split like that because it saves space. I was confused about it a long as time ago, but I figured it out.

Best thing to do IMO is to make a new folder, put all those rar files in there, select them all, right click on one of them and select "Extract Here"

If it makes more rar files, just keep repeating the process with those new rar files, until it actually makes the file you want.

yeah when i first came across files like this, since i got no .rar i thought they were useless so i deleted all files
