puttin together a album

i need a lil help....i'm startin to put together my first album, but i'm not sure what to do....should i make all my beats first then write to them or should i do one song at a time (make the beat, the write, then record)...also, do any of ya'll write ya'll lyrics, then make beats to them, if so how good does that work....thanx for ya'll advice....

Either way is goos, itz probably easier to Make tha Beat 1st then write tha lyrics. Sometimes I might Base the Beat on a Chorus I've written up already. It depends, whatever works best for you, you know, like what sparks your creativity more.
