It's Mac Lee. You can find him on some compilations and doing some guest spots on albums, but as far as I know he's still locked up. Someone else might have some updated info on his status right now.

Check out "Vicious" from the Spread Yo' Hustle compilation and "Dank Smoke" from the 707 compilation. Those are two solid Mac Lee tracks.
