PSD Bread Head and Game Costs

Whats the deal with these two albums being exactly the same. I've been trying to hear all of PSD's music and I realized that these two albums released two years apart are the same. I've never seen two albums by the same artist with different titles being identical. Anyone know what that's about? (The album is pretty good though)
