Posting unreleased tracks?

I believe I have located two "new" unreleased 57 Street Rogue Dog Villian tracks....and one features Tecca Nina. Am I able to post these or does that result in a ban too?

I searched the FAQ, and only see that posting Everready tracks gets you banned.... Mods?

The track skips for a few moments at about the 4:10 mark, but that's the way I got it. I'm attempting to get a better version at the moment, from the person who ripped it for me. I'll post that up too, if it ever materializes.
