points and contracts

Hey guys i have two questions.

1st can i get a copy of a contract to sell beats. Something kinda where i can fill in the blanks. It would be appreciated. or a sample so i can create my own

secondly

whats a point. Ive heard some of yall talk about i do songs for so much money and so many points. So what is one point--1%? Just kinda want to know exactly how much one point is worth. thanks fellas

On the points part, I think you're right about it.I can remember something like that from music Business classes a year ago. I'll go back and check my notes(yeah, a pothead like me actually does take notes, lol)
