One of the best album covers to come out of No Limit. Too bad this cover was banned. Still a great album though.

Kinda reminds me of the banned cover for Silkk's first solo album

They had to censor the gun (like the pulled OG cover on 99 ways to die) and it ended up looking like this when it dropped

Charge it 2 Da Game also had to have its cover edited, that's why there's 2 versions (gold "Ghetto Express" card version, and silver ID card version). I'm guessing American Express took issue with the OG and made them change it, but that's purely speculation.

I haven't bought an album since like 99-01.

But that's payback. The struggle was fucking real, taking the bus all over the greater Seattle area, going from Tower Records to Tower Records in city to city in search of the best music, taking so many chances and throwing away $17 for an album that ended up being weak as fuck. Damn near cried when I ventured all the way to South Center mall to find the new Gangsta Pat album only to listen on the bus ride home he done changed his style completely and sucked and was nothing like Homicidal Lifestyle at all wtf lol. Which made that hidden gem all the more valuable. I remember my brother taking the bus to tower records super early in the morning cus we we're worried the Lynch Loaded album would be sold out by the time I was off school lol. So yeah consider it back pay.

i can honestly say I have never bootlegged an album or downloaded a single mp3. I don't even go on youtube for music because that's lightweight stealing if you can't say for sure the artist uploaded it. I don't know man, i listend to the radio once and felt guilty. I only listen to albums I buy and that's it.
