It seems latly when some guy on the street trys to sell me a cd he tells me he signed with a big rapper, like 2 weeks ago some guy tell me to buy his his cd for $14 because he just signed with JAY Z . A few other rappers try to sell me the albums by saying their signed with snoop dogg, eminem wu tang clan or LILWAYNE. My question is if these rapper are really signed with a big rapper why are they stiil on the streets selling their album for 14 dollars.

Because there are retards that will just blindly buy music like that and believe that they really just got signed. They think they're getting some new underground gem when all they're really getting (most of the time) is shit. They have to sell it for $14 because what newly signed rapper would slang his shit for $5.
