I remember when he won the belt from flair that shit cause a riot lol. yeah sting was on some unsafe shit they said that injury is what got rick rude hooked on pills.

the title match was with Fujinami(looks like inoki but smaller.) He won the title and japan got their first taste of Dusty Rhoads booking as fujinami tossed flair over the top rope, won the match and title but would lose it almost right away due to flair getting tossed over the top rope.
