Yeah I totally agree with that to an extent for sure. It just feels like it came out of nowhere which isn't a bad thing at all.

I do think release dates are good though so people know when to expect albums and so you can build up some anticipation, hype, promo, etc for it. That said you shouldn't even put a date out there until you are done with the album if not really damn close and still make it a few months off so you are sure that it comes out on time.

Good points, I just think for free projects specifically there is little to no reason to have a set release date, unless fans have been waiting on it for a while like Speakz next album.

Back to Tree tho, whats going on with the production on this? Big difference from Sunday School, he's on some Keyboard Kid shit lol.
