Since season 2-3 I have only continued to watch this show for social reasons. Like after Sunday night football get togethers everyone sticks around to watch Walking Dead....but really the show has kind of sucked.
This season definitely turned it back around though. The first 3 episodes have been pretty good.
Glenn better be dead though. I can't stand cheap misdirection and cliffhangers. You can create suspense, mystery, intrigue, etc without flat out misleading people.
Yeah same here, the past few seasons at times have felt like the story just drags on and on like fuck, why am I wasting my time watching this? I had doubts they could keep it interesting but this season has been intense and genuinely interesting.
I have a feeling they went with the cheap fake death cliff hanger though, although the keep saying a main character is going to die but then again they've said that and fucking Beth does like anyone ever gave two fucks about Beth!

I was skeptical about glenn not dying...however i did notice what rossi said as well..how the fuck does he have intestines in his shoulder? Haha

Only thing that is bugging me about the last episode....when Glenn and Nick went on that mission to burn the feed store, why didn't they cover themselves in zombie blood like Glenn has done previously?
Same with the group trapped in the store. After Michonne killed the zombies that were in the freezer, why didn't she either cover everyone in zombie blood to disguise them from the herd OR use her own trick and cut the arms and jaws off the zombies and then chain them up? You would think being the inventor of that move she would use it more often.

LOL I know I kind of came to the same conclusion. I am sure the writer that came up with that trick probably got fired or they pulled an Office Space and he is now working at a desk in the parking garage.
All the other writers are like "how the fuck can I create suspense if all anyone needs to do is cover themselves in zombie blood you fucking idiot"
