I'm having a hard time supporting the NFL anymore. The refs controlling the outcomes of games seems to be getting worse every year. Doesn't even seem real sometimes. Sometimes it feels like the refs get the way to call a play in their earpieces directly from the NFL or something.

After Tim Donaghy exposed the NBA for corrupt officiating I wouldn't put it past any professional sports league.

Why they would make calls for certain teams and players? I don't know, but there is flat out no way referees can be this stupid week after week.

It could be there is no conspiracy and that if the refs ruled that a catch millions of people would say it wasn't a catch and that the NFL wanted the cowboys to win and it was a conspiracy

But I totally agree that the refs are too fucking involved and as a result decide some games that are very close. Any close game will come down to a few crucial plays so it's magnified.
