If I walked up to the guy who shot Trayvon Martin and dome checked him and claimed self-defense afterwards, they'd delay my arrest just because I claimed self-defense, right? Even though there's no evidence to support my claim, not even a weapon on him. Even though there's a recording of him screaming for help before I fire the fatal shot?
