I just started my record company and i need connections hookup with somebody.

A good start is to get to know your local promoters, mix show DJ's, retailers, and magzines.

Also find out who your local suppliers are who manufacture CD's, print promoitonal materials etc.

And a word of advice...open a laundromat instead.

Good luck though the Siccness is a good place for networking.
