man i thought it was only me....All we ever played on any madden was all madden.....I throw way to many INT's and i got sick of that shit.....I didnt bother to play on the next level down.....I dont even know what its called.....That game made me start playing shit like halo 3, trying to explore other options cause all i PLAYED was sports games....Until i ran into this game...

WTF? So in the new Madden you have to take a TEST as soon as you put in the game? lmao

From the moment you first pop the game into your console, it will immediately guide you through a series of tests to gauge your "Madden IQ." The tests function similarly to minigames found in previous versions of Madden, albeit this time with a holographic graphical treatment. The tests measure your proficiency in various Madden disciples, including rushing, passing, defending the run, and defending the pass. Based on the results of the minigames, Madden 09 will automatically configure difficulty settings to ensure that playing against the CPU will always be a competitive experience. Your Madden IQ will also be used to determine other elements of the game presentation, including the play-calling screen and the level of depth presented in analytic cutscenes.​


In addition there are now DO OVERS??? WTF again?

the game will provide you with the ability to "rewind" the last play and attempt to correct the error immediately. Because this will clearly be a powerful tool, use of the rewind feature is limited to three per game by default and can be adjusted in the settings for more or fewer depending on your personal preference. In addition to giving you a second opportunity to cash in on a big play, rewind can be used on defense to negate your opponent's home-run ball. It's your choice whether to use rewinds to jump to capitalize on early opportunities or save them to put away your opponent in the fourth quarter. Unranked online games will offer three rewinds per player by default, but the feature will not be available during ranked matches.​

Seriously a do-over? That shit is wack, especially if that's availible online. They ran out of good ideas basically.

atleast the do-overs are not available in ranked games. that feature is getting turned off permanently on my 360, which is getting repaired for the second fuccing time.

i honestly dont understand what people expect from EA. people swear there is so much more that can be done with a football game. i would like to hear some of your guy's idea on what could be done to make madden leaps and bounds over the previous year

they need to go back to the old gameplay with better graphics, like madden 05 was on ps2.

they keep adding all these features that has nothing to do with improvement on the game, i would just focus on improving graphics and make it look more real every year then all the shit their doing now

That's kinda my point. They should make a new game like every two years or something and just release new rosters and/or slight improvements/fixes via download every year rather than making a ever so slightly upgraded version of the previous year and charged $60 for it. They could even charge like $10 or $20 for the rosters like new maps for for COD4 etc.

Now of course I understand the idea of "maximizing profits" etc. but I'm just sayin it's gettin a little gay with madden.

thank you, 07 was pretty good on pc but sucked ass on 360 dont know how it was on Ps2 and dont know if they released it on ps3 cant remember. I dont even look forward to new Maddens anymore
