Need Some Ideas/Opinions

I'm redoing 2 Sicc Reviews from the ground up and that includes all the graphix. Here is a banner I made for it, but I'm not sure how good it looks. I need some feedback on it or some ideas to for a new banner. Here's what I got going so far.

I think it looks pretty damn good except for it's kinda hard to see the 2, if I didnt already know what it was then I wouldnt be able to tell it's a 2.

id make the 2 a little larger, maybe put a glow on it to make it stand out sum

Moved everything around a lil bit, added the glow to it. Now???

I like the 2 Sicc lettering thats tight, but they red squares all together not really feeling that. I liked the old one you had, but improve on this one cause you got something good going here.

I think the first ones harder looking. The second is clearer but its looks happier. I like the scope behind the letters.
