Need some help ya'll

Whats up everyone...
Mr. Illmannered and I are not too familiar with the graphics/photoshop side, so what place better to go than right here...

We need this set of lettering

to be angled and proportioned so that it will fit inside the midde banner...(here's a close up)

(FYI - The same back piece in the other thread)

Hopefully won't be too much of a problem, any help would be appreciated
