My friend is putting out an Album. Who should he....

get to do the cover? He lives in the bay and wants someone who can hand draw the graphic on the cover as well and the my a record label logo.

Who should he call? Do any of you know someone who got talant that could do two covers for 500 bills?

He doesnt care where the dude is from he just wants someone who is about there biz.
