MC Mafia "El Regreso" feedback please

Not a designer, nor much of a photoshop user, but i had an idea i wanted to try and its came out ok IMO.

This is for the pre-album mixtape...my dude recorded his album and most of this mixtape in iraq and these are just a few milestones from then til now: photos, his phones, fliers for his album and a cd-r of his album.

its a little empty at the bottom, not sure what i wanna throw in there yet.

any comments or suggestions? scraping the cover all together is still an option.

its not bad...but there are no shadows for any of the items...so it kinda looks flat...

its not bad at all. but like tosin said, it needs shadows. and the blackberry is too small.

if the blackberry is too small the sidekick needs to be bigger as well. I'd google for like a wrinkled paper texture for your notebook paper to give it more realness. nice job though.

one thing about covers like this is to make all the shadows correct and lighting.... u failed on that portion...the concept & idea is cool, but it really takes someone with experience to pull this type of cover off properly
