Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, will it happen?

I'm not a Manny hater, I just don't like how he plays games with the fans and then blames Mayweather when he is the blame for the fight not happening. I don't even blame Arum. Pacquiao is the fighter, so it should be his decision on who he fights.
First he turns down the fight over a blood test, then accepts it, when he should have accepted it when it was the only sticking point.
Then he (Manny) says let's fight for free, the money split isn't an issue. Floyd calls him and offers him $40 million, Manny says 50/50 or no fight (is what he supposedly told Floyd when Floyd called).
Now Floyd just said in his latest interview that Manny is "still" asking for the same amount (the counter offers).
Manny needs to quit playin' games.

Didn't you read the boxingscene article? They said someone in Floyd's camp pretty much fucked up Floyd's chance at making $120 guaranteed! I've always said this, don't worry about what Floyd says, just look at what he does. And if you do go by what Floyd says, you can't blame Manny. Cuz Floyd says ait all the time that Manny is not his own boss
And Floyd didn't have to sign an exclusive contract with Showtime either. And no one here nor anywhere can say that anyone under Mayweather Promotions has done what it takes to make this mega fight happen, but the people putting up the money for it can say they fucked up a sure $120 mill for Floyd. That's probably why Floyd posted up that pick with him and his cars and chopper so he won't look like he needs the money. He knew he fucked up and now he wants to look like it ain't nothing.
Manny fights for HBO, your argument is weak. Mayweather doesnt fight under anyone he can make his own decisions. Manny is the biggest yes man ever

I'm just saying what the beef was about. If you remember TMT was gonna be Floyd and 50 and 50 wanted Floyd to break ties with Haymon and create a superpower promotional team, ran by just then two. When Floyd was in jail 50 signed Gamboa, Dirrell, etc and when he got out of jail, Floyd didn't want to it anymore thus their friendship ending or whatever. It all centered around Haymon.

From what I gather, 50 wanted part of Floyd's boxing promotional company before it was TMT. While Floyd was in jail, 50 called himself negotiating (stepping on toes) a potentially Pacquiao fight for Floyd and Floyd wasn't feeling it, so he went solo on his own brand forming TMT. No sure if Al Haymon is running TMT or not. Correct me if I am wrong.
Everything goes through Haymon. Everyone with TMT is signed to Haymon. Everything has to go through Haymon's lawyers. Floyd doesn't do anything at all.

It changed how I perceived him because it was unnecessary for him to behave that way. I do love and view him like a little brother. He’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer. You won’t believe the things he’s doing. It’s like a 14-year old kid trying to trick you. (Floyd is like) “send the papers to my lawyer.” He’s got me sending the contracts and agreements to Al Haymon’s lawyer. Trying to figure out how he can take the fighters instead of paying money for the fighters that we’d agreed to.
