MANHATTAN BEACH (CBS) — Police are searching for a bank robber who wore a green “Mark Sanchez” New York Jets Jersey to rob a bank in Manhattan Beach.

The robbery happened at 8:50 a.m. Monday at a Chase Bank, 201 Manhattan Beach Blvd. The suspect handed a note demanding money to the teller, who handed over the cash.

The suspect is described as a white, balding man about 60 to 65 years old. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a heavy build and slicked back white hair.
