Narada Michael Walden (of Tarpan Studios) is like an unknown legend. If you said his name to most people they'd have no clue who you were talking about, but if you look at all the music he's been involved in over the years you'd be impressed.

like 60-120 an hour... a lot of em charge in Blocks... like 800 for the whole day or some shit, plus they might add on extra fee for the engineer

out here in 915 TX... Sonic Ranch is where its at. Mar Volta, Pantera and any big rock band ends up going there. Plus its actually on a Ranch.

studio I work at charges $150-200 and hour depending on a project and theres a 4 hour mininum plus a an engineer charge. But we have an SSL 9000, Neve VR 72, all the high end gear...

I know...he's my godfather but not until I got older did I realize how big he was in the industry...just thought he knew a bunch of celebrities, didn't know he wrote some of the biggest songs ever.
