as some of you may know, me and some of my Southern California Strange Music street team members have collaberated with Fort Minor & Linkin Park's street team during the X-games....anyways,

LAST NIGHT, I was able to meet MIKE SHINODA of Linkin Park & Fort Minor (who's album "The Rising Tied" is produced by JAY-Z) over at an art gallery in Melrose Ave. because he invited his whole street team and fans to his art exhibit. There, I passed out EVERREADY FLIERS.... and come to find out, MIKE SHINODA and Linkin Park's DJ Mr. HAHN are FANS OF TECH N9NE!!

Mike Shinoda said:"Ohh yeah, I don't have his latest album, but I got the one before that...Absolute Power".

I took pictures, video and I gave Mike printed out pics of my 4 runner with FORT MINOR and TECH N9NE posters taped onto it to show my dedication towards promoting them....aswell as pics I took of pornstar chicks holding up my "FortMinor.com" sign.

I'll post up the pics on my Promoting Pics thread...so be on the look-out!

Imagine if Linkin Park did a Mash-up album with Tech, Kalico and Kutt the same way they did with JAY-Z????? damn, that would be cool.

ALSO.. the comic book store right next to the gallery called "GOLDEN APPLE COMICS" was nice enough to let me leave a bunch of Everready fliers there aswell...so much love to Golden Apple Comics aswell!

for reals, huh?? even though Fort Minor and Linkin park did shit with Jay-Z, they still get hate and many rap fans question Fort Minor's "rap credibility", in actuality, Mike Shinoda, Ryu and Tak (of "Styles of Beyond") have more rap skills than Jim Jones and The Game's new friend: Ja Rule.

yes that includes ja...at least fort minor is capable of putting together an intelligent song with a story...every single ja rule song sounds the same...and that motherfucker has annoying goddamn voice

Yeah i actually enojyed Fort Minors album.. i was suprised, i was expecting much from a Linkin Park member, but he did good.. the others to.

normally im more of a underground, old school type-a-guy! but i was diggin the album, and without questions, Ja Rule etc. is way more wack than Fort Minor.. thats a fact. just go read up on ya boy Rule, his lyrics is garbage!

Be Somebody by Fort Minor Feat. Lupe Fiasco, Tak and Holly Brook is a kool song - it should rappin skills n though unlike the shit turned out today n put on the radio (except for shit like hyphy muzic cuz da bay dereves da spot light if for nothing else for inventing 99.9% of the slang used in rap).

mike shinoda hooked up with dan the automator on the Handsome Boy Modeling School-White People album. good track. i'm not a fan of linkin park though. to each their own.

The popular thing is to bash Ja Rule.... shit, it has been for a while. Especially since he "fell off." Anyway..... there is a lot of music he did that is totally wack. BUT, there is some good stuff that he did, too. Mostly his earlier stuff, but Blood In My Eye wasn't all that bad. Now, if he's just not your style, then that is cool; ther are a lot of rappers out there that I just don't like their particular style.
