Based on this fight? He wobbled Franklin a couple of times in the fight and stalked him for most of the second half. He inflicted the most damage he just didn't control the fight which is what possibly costed him the win with the judges.

I had given him the last two rounds while watching. After the Rampage fight that comment would be justified but not after this one. Wand is making pretty good money fighting and if he does make it down to 185 he doesn't have much competition and could win a few fights and get some good paydays in the process.
