Crush One (who used to work with Figgaro) left a post on BART about three or four months ago and confirmed that it was legit, and that as far as he knew, JT did get permission to use the Nas tracks on the CD (some of which also appeared on THE LOST TAPES).

You're probably better off getting Nas' THE LOST TAPES itself (if you don't already have it) and The Game's hot new mixtape which just came out (wait 'til you hear what he does to "Straight Outta Compton!")
