Is DE out everywhere???

Took me 10 minutes to find parking....another 10 minutes to walk all the way to the record store(or seemed like it) and then they dont even have it let alone even have a First Degree section in the store....and usually this place gets all DE albums the first day they come out

I noticed at towerrecords.com it says it comes out 4/16...wtf is going on?
