Involved in a fender bender wtf to do?

I got into a fender bender in a shopping mall parking lot, the person who I hit wasnst fully parked in the spot, the dumb broad had her mini van about half way in the spot and wonder why I hit her.

The only problem is her bumper is dented and may need to be replaced, I'm curious as to whats my insurance company is going to do to me. 21st are for "good drivers" only or so I've heard. Will my rate go up at all.

We didnt call the cops or nothing, I've never been in any form of an accident so dont know the procedures.

Any advice will help.

if you get your insurance company involved you rate will most likely go up. if you have the money you should offer to pay to get the bumper replaced/fixed.

I'll be 25 in Dec, clear driving record (R.i.p). I hope my rates dont go up too high, right now its only 422 a year for liability on my 90 nissan 240sx.

My bumper is fine, still pissed at that dumb broad not parking corectly.

SHIT... man i pay over 3 G's a year an that's only liability no collision...
