Improving my skills (PIC)

Its been a while since i tried to improve my skills with the camera and ps in general. This is what i been coming up with lately....just wanted to share it with the siccness fam.

i dont own any pocket wizards with the external flash's so i pretty much use what i got.

too little technique and too much photoshop.


but you can slang some shit like that and get a modest fee without a problem, and that's what it's all about.

@ prodigy91 - Im using a nikon d40 with an sb 600 external flash.

@antilabs - yep, I tried to get the best pic from the gate but i limit myself with the equipments so i take it to photoshop lol. My homie once told me to master what i had before moving into something else because i was i was always worry about not having anough equip.

@ prodigy91 - the nikon d40 is pretty good but after you use it for a while it limits yourself but if it can bring results like the first pic that i posted.... then thats all you need and worth your money.

@J.COLOMBO - Good to know....you got some clean pics.

good shit, im using the d40 as well.. and im already starting to notice its limitations.. but when i get better with it ill probably step it up to a D90 or D200, something with more lenses and shit.

@ discuss650 - The D40 is definitely a good camera.....I got a lot of friends that rap and i always do photoshoots for them and so far they are all happy with the results. I always go for the more realistic look (like the pics below)but i wanted to tried something different and thats what i came up with. (first pic i posted)

them photos are nice, i do more of landscape, abstract, scenery type of stuff. Portraits havent really messed with on the camera yet, also so some action shots like skating sessions and sports
