I Need Designs Help ???

ok. i've doin amateur designs for awhile now. and i'm trying to re-design my west coast rydaz site, currently. i want to know if any one can help me with how they creates their designs. like drawing, coloring, fonts, etc. please, holla back at this thread and drop me off some help.

Oh hellll yeah......Set it up with the rules and instructions.I came here expecting what I did on this other forum filled with 14-17 year kids that was sick with ther designs.They battle all the time.I'm always down for this kinda stuff....Lets do it......:classic:
