I need a Critic(some real feedback)

I would like for you guys to give these artist some constructive criticism. Reason is all of these artist have some label situation coming up and I manage three of them. However labels tell this artist what they wanna hear, me, I wanna know what the general public thinks cause that's who gonna be buying yo ish. So that helps my clients get a good outlook of what they need to bring to the table outside of what the labels are wilding on.
