I know this is a dumb question, but I've only been posting on here since around February. People here talk about how their "thread got closed" or they got "banned."

1). How does a poster here know when a thread is closed?
2). How does a poster here know when he/she's been banned?

Do you get a message from the moderator here, or what happens? Just curious. PEACE!

if a thread is locked you will still be able to view it but instead of the reply button it will be locked with a picture of a lock i think. and you will know when your banned when your ass cant post anymore
