I cant say its all muscle, but i got up to 215 pounds, and i can still see most of my abs. So i cant have gained too much fat. So thats it, that was the goal. Now im gonna try and get used to the weight. I eat all day long, like 4 huge meals along with 5 small meals everyday. Plus all my vegetables. Gets to be a big grocery list and expensive bill. At the bbq time i was weighing 202, so i gained 14pounds, cause i actually weigh 216.

yeah i hit 420 today too.......been lifting for about 8 years, I was ranked the best at blunt curls and the bong lift for about 6 months straight....my grocery bill is pretty high too.....136.13 I spent at 7-11 on some munchies one night.....ate like 14 hotdogs and bought hella candy and 3 slurpees. I eat all day after lifting.

I was at the gym a while back and I havent seen the fool for minute we was cool in HS. He must be 175 -180 lbs at most....anyways I was like wanna hit the weights together? So I thought I was gonna kill his workout ..hell naw.. We was on the bench and he hit 270 like nothin...I was like fuck that squirt is strong..

from what I remember from his other posts, he can push weight... I'm like the biggest wuss around I can't lift weights at all, in gym I'd be dude workin' out after the girls so I didn't have to change the weight of shit...
