HOW MUCH STUDIO TIME SHOULD I NEED?

About how much studio time should I need to be able to finish my 7 song EP? I have all the instrumentals on a CD-R and I know all my lines... I even recorded the songs at my home studio, as kind of a rough draft...

How much studio time do y'all think I should need?

personally for me...it takes about and hour to get one song recorded...plus about another hour or 2 to get it mixed...so about 3 hours a song...for 7 tracks you'll need a few days...

If you can get perfect takes right when you dump in the booth, then the recording part shouldn't take long at all, 30-45 minutes a track. Shaping and leveling the sound and then getting it mastered or pre-mastered depends on the engineer and your wallet..... could take 2 weeks, or a month or two.
