about a gram and a half....about 8-10 reps, using the forearm curl....
30-40 mg's , 1 rep, wrist/finger curl
40 oz's....or 750 millileters....maybe 20-30 reps, using the Bicep Extension Twist
But there was this one time, this dopefiend had a 36" tv....sold it for $50 and i had to carry that bitch all the way home...keep in mind that Magnavox's are pretty light in TV weight, but it was still heavy then a muthafucka carryin that 3 blocks...dont think i'd do that again (i'd make the dopefiend bring it to my house for another 10 shot)
