Being big and swole doesn't even mean you hit hard. Hitting hard is a natural ability and a result of fast twitch muscle fibers. If anything being big and swole is a detriment because your body requires more oxygen and you gas out faster. That's why you rarely see huge, muscular boxers and MMA fighters.


I remember I use to roll with this guy who was a professional body builder. Dude was HUGE and told me he'd taken everyone steroid out there. When we rolled he was incredibly slow, stiff and would gas out fast as fuck. All those muscles made him a statue. He was strong as fuck when it came to resisting hyper extending submissions like armbars or kimura/Americana tho so blood chokes were the best way to go.

edit:i think i misss read tha thread...

but with out getting tooo deep into war stories...

ive been jumped multiple times,mostly by older foos...
ive been in a box outnumbered by enimies...
ive been forced tofight... by life or death circumstances... knowing i coodnt win even if i cood...(most foos wont understand that)...
