It takes a while for Microsoft to get around to actually doing something sometimes. My homeboy's Gamertag was Pookaki for like 2 years and all of a sudden 3-4 months ago he's got to change it because Microsoft deemed it offensive.
On the flip side, my other homeboy got banned after one day of Halo 3 because he was being beligerent on his mic and someone complained.
There are so many users on XBL, you get accustomed to shit slipping through the cracks like they don't care then .... BAM! All of a sudden, you're suspended for some shit you've been doing for years, lol
