I'm working on a logo and the colors are blue and black, but since my bg is black too I have to outline it (pref. with white color) but if I add stroke it fucks it all up because the shape seems too "edgy" or "round", what can I do? would it make any sense to do the logo in illustrator? or is the resolution of 72dpi too low? the last resort would probably be to draw the outlines myself, huh?

help me...

Here's what I'm talking about:

Try selecting the shape ( ctrl + T ) expanding the selection by two pixels, filling the selection on a layer below the shape layer with the color you want for the outline.

^exactly, don't send your images to print when theyre made at like a 72dpi lol.
I know that but right now I need the logo for my website and I won't be doing the website on 72dpi ;)

I think I found a solution, I'll post it in a few mins...
