Depends on the person. You can find the album with no autograph every once in a while on ebay, but can you find one that Gangsta Dre actually held and autographed?

Plus the autograph doesn't say "To: ____", he just signed it "Gangsta Dre"

I think signatures are cool if I know it's real and it's been signed to me, or as a direct from the label release. If it's been signed to somebody else it just ruins the whole cover. The most annoying thing is to get a used CD signed something like "to Billy Bob from [favorite rapper]" haha.

but I'd like this CD though...

Yea I hate when rappers sign "To:____" I'm glad Gangsta Dre just signed his name.

Yea I do ship outside the US, I'm not sure why its not displaying that.
