it makes mention of the FTI T-shirts as well as Tech being in LA for the hearing on file-sharing (whatever went down with that? Swick? Nick? you guys know?) anyway, here's a snippet

"Back in Los Angeles a few days after Thanksgiving, a battalion of high-priced attorneys fill out an art deco federal courtroom. Both sides - the Hollywood insiders and the file-sharing scofflaws - are asking the judge for a quick, trial-free ruling in their favor. Two men in black are seated amid a sea of suits: plaintiffs Lamont Dozier, who penned such Motown hits as "Stop! In the Name of Love," and Jerry Leiber, who with partner Mike Stoller gave Elvis "Jailhouse Rock." "If we don't stop it in its tracks, it will become a monster," the 69-year-old Leiber says of Kazaa. Then there are the guys sitting behind Sharman's attorneys, from Tech-9 - an industrial rock band that distributes its music online. They're wearing T-shirts emblazoned with the letters FTI. Fuck the industry."

it's N9NE you fools he he
