You mean for it dropping service here and there and getting like 1/2 off our bill for a whole year, on top of all the other discounts we got when I called? I mean yeah the service was pretty crappy there but we hardly ever paid our full bill because I always called and complained, took like 5 minutes each time.

I also just got my bill reduced $30 for the next two years, so I dunno. Not saying they have the best service at all (my new pad really hasn't been nearly as bad) but yeah, ya'll comcasting wrong... money/getting discount wise at least.
