Last night this couple showed up half an hour late to it, like into the actual movie past previews. I told them this and added "It's only a hour and fifteen minutes long you know?" and they were like "It's cool." The movie gets out and I get a call to the second floor for guest service and it was them wanting a refund because they missed most the movie. I just said "Sorry, can't do that after a movie has ended" and they just looked at me in bewilderment for a few seconds before leaving.
