I get most my money from being able to deduct intrest from my house. Even then I don't hit $5000, normally I'm in the $3000 range.

we always file with lots of dependents on w2, meaning little taxes get taken out of paychecks through the year. Which means less back tax time, but more $ spread through 52 weeks.
