Forcing down mug after mug of whole milk with egg whites. Not hungry but need those gains.

Two gallons = 5120 calories 256g protein plus four containers of egg whites = 1000 calories 200g protein, 6,120 total calories 456g protein plus I ate a bunch of cheesy broccoli and drank some benefiber. I'll still have like a half gallon of Meggs to bring home and finish... I'll try and sleep all day and chug some whenever I wake up now and then. Goddamn modafinil is going to mess with my quality of rest though damnit... 200mg benadryl and some melatonin and ZMA might help A LITTLE

16inch pumped flexed biceps lol... when I was skinny they were 11. Sad. I haven't even really been working them out i fucking hate working out biceps so damn much its so repetitive and boring and doesn't feel good. My wrists are tiny if I keep making arms gains I'm going to end up with arms like three times the width of my wrists
