I jus downloaded the trial version of PSP (Paint Shop Pro) and I have a few questions.. How do I make stuff fade... And thats it.. LoL.. lyke how i make the bottom of it fade..?

Dont have KaZaA and i wont install it.. To many viruses.. Jus got over that shit from kazaA. But thankz fo' the suggestion.
