After listening to the interview Mac Minister said he sued the source after he got jumped. Maybe 40 wrote that letter in his own defense to the source since Mac was already taking them to court and it was obviously no secret that a fight went down.

Id bet during Mac Ministers court case suing the source he said how he was an innocent victim, he was viciously attacked, there was not enough security, etc.

Both sides trying to act as if they weren't the aggressor. Either way it never was a criminal case so it'd be a stretch to try to call 40 a snitch for that ...
